<p>Do you sometimes find yourself in a bad mood?  It is something we people just go through</p>
<p> But, because a bad mood can really block us from feeling good, from being successful and enjoying our life, it&#8217;s valuable to have some tricks to get out of feeling bad.</p>
<p> Here are six of my favorite ways to start feeling better fast.</p>
<p><strong>1. Smile.</strong><br /> Smiling interrupts bad mood neural pathways. And strengthens the brain&#8217;s ability to keep a positive outlook.</p>
<p> When you are alone, put a little Mona Lisa smile on and you&#8217;ll feel better.  When you smile at others, you&#8217;ve just spread the contagion of smiling and feeling happy.</p>
<p><strong>2. Yawn.</strong><br /> To yawn is wonderful for the reason that so many beneficial things happen.  it lowers your stress level, causes physical relaxation and increases sensuality and pleasure. </p>
<p> If you just open your mouth and pretend to yawn, soon you&#8217;ll be yawning for real.  Yawn right now!</p>
<p> <strong>#3 YES!</strong><br /> It can really help you get into a positive state to simply say yes. </p>
<p> I suggest you count on your fingers, thing of ten questions you can ask yourself with an answer of &#8220;yes&#8221;.  Start out easy, such as do I have two eyes?  &#8220;Yes.&#8221;</p>
<p>As you continue asking, get more and more enthusiastic, thinking of questions that bring on even more energy and joy.</p>
<p> <strong>4. Appreciate.</strong><br /> Start by taking a look around decide on a single thing you feel appreciation for. Come up with one reason you feel appreciation for it.  Then think of another reason.  Keep going with more and more reasons.</p>
<p>Now find another thing to appreciate.  This activity can be done virtuallyanywhere and at any time.</p>
<p> <strong>#5 Tapping</strong><br /> The energy system of your body has a way of getting stuck both in patterns of thought and in patterns of emotion.</p>
<p>Tapping on some particular stress points, some of the ones acupuncturists use, can release the stuck negative state and turn a bad mood into a good one.</p>
<p> The simple process is referred to as <a href="http://efttappingtechniques.com/">EFT tapping</a>.  You can learn <a href="http://efttappingtechniques.com/eft-tapping/eft-tapping-therapy-tapping-technique/">tapping therapy</a> in about ten minutes with the free <a href="http://efttappingtechniques.com/eft-tapping/eft-manual-part-1/">EFT manual</a> and watching the short YouTube EFT video on this page can help too.</p>
<p><strong>#6 If I did feel happy…</strong><br /> If you&#8217;re in a pretty bad mood to start with, it&#8217;s hard to just begin thinking happy thoughts.  This little brain trick can help you.</p>
<p> You can either do this internally, out loud or by writing.  You say, &#8220;If I did feel happy, I could possibly feel happy about&#8221;  then finish with something you would feel good about.</p>
<p>Continue starting that sentence, finishing the thought with something that you would feel happy about. </p>
<p> In no time at all, you WILL be in a good mood.</p>
<p> I wish you more and more good moods.</p>
